A few things to know as you prepare your application.
When and where will the festival take place?+
The festival takes place in Nha Trang, Vietnam, on 2–8 July 2027. Specific venues and the final schedule will be announced once confirmed. Applications run from 1 October 2026 through 30 June 2027.
How do I apply?+
Sign in, complete the application, add your repertoire and performance links, review your information, and pay the application fee once applications open.
Can I save my application and return later?+
Yes. Your draft is saved to your account as you work. Use the same account to return from another device.
Is the application fee the full festival fee?+
The total Student fee is USD 2,400, including 3 masterclasses, 2 workshops, shared hotel accommodation and meals. There is no additional application fee.
How do scholarships work?+
Scholarships are available only to Vietnamese students. Request consideration within the scholarship section of the same application. There is no additional scholarship application fee. Awards are not guaranteed.
Which video platforms are accepted?+
YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive and other HTTPS video links are accepted. Make sure the artistic team has permission to view your recordings.
What happens after acceptance?+
Your portal will show your application decision and payment status. The Student total is USD 2,400, with no separate program payment.
I paid but my status has not changed. What should I do?+
Payment is confirmed through verified payment records, not simply by returning from Stripe. Allow a short time for synchronization, refresh the portal, and contact the festival if it remains unchanged.
Can a parent or guardian accompany a minor?+
Provide guardian details when prompted and indicate companion or accommodation needs in the participation section. The festival team will review the request.
